Each contact may have more than one phone number and more than one email address for each location. When viewing a contact, all the phone numbers and email addresses are shown.

However, when editing a contact, you may need to click the link another phone or another email in order to edit or add additional phone numbers or email addresses.

Phone numbers need to be tagged as Phone, Mobile, Fax or Pager using the drop-down lists provided.
