Activities
Since the inception of the AFT, it was conducting awareness raising in the selected areas of the project but due to monetary constraints the organization was unable to proceed further. As it was totally depending on members and locally collected subscription therefore, with a very little amount of money it couldn't expand further.
But from 1998-2000, the AFT received fund from the IHEU/HIVOS, by which the AFT introduced some more programs, such as, (a) Awareness raising, (b) Adult literacy, (c) Sewing program for rural destitute women and (d) Promotion of rationalism, liberalism and secularism among the rural people of the project areas.
