Here is the document with the proposed Bylaws for the General Assembly in June 2009. The document is password protected, and the password was sent to all Member Organizations by email on 31 March.

Member Organizations are now asked to study the proposal. If you want to send in an amendment for the GA to discuss, this must be received by the EC by the deadline of Friday 1 May. Amendments MUST be written as resolutions to replace wording in this document with proposed new wording. All proposed amendments will be sent to the MO’s with the rest of the GA documents shortly afterwards.
