Ernst van Brakel

ERNST VAN BRAKEL was an IHEU staff member from 1965 until the mid-1990s. He was also IHEU's representative at UNESCO from 1967 to 1980. In 1997 and 1992, he outlined the history of IHEU in the magazine.
