Everyone attending the IHEU General Assembly must submit a registration form. The deadline is 40 days before the GA, i.e. by 27 June 2010 at the latest, using the registration form provided on this web site. Delegates who register by the due date will receive the final mailing for the GA via email, which is expected to be sent out by 7 July 2010. There may not be places available for those who do not book by the due date.

The 2010 General Assembly and Annual Conference of the European Humanist Federation (EHF) will be held in Stockholm, Sweden at the end of May. Events will start with an open meeting in the morning of Friday, May 28, followed by the General Assembly in the afternoon. The next day – Saturday, May 29 – EHF is holding a one day conference on Women and Religion, as detailed below.

An IHEU-sponsored conference in Nairobi will provide a national platform for dialogue and reflection on the need for Humanist organisations in Kenya to come together and form a single body.

Date: 8th and 9th May, 2010.

Venue: Shaurimoyo YMCA, Nairobi, Kenya.

Theme: Developing Humanist Cohesion: Issues and Solutions.

The IHEU General Assembly 2010 will be held at the offices of Centre d'Action Laique (CAL), Campus de la Plaine – CP 236, Avenue Arnaud Fraiteur, Acces 2, 1050, Brussels, Belgium on Friday 6 August 2010 (9.30 am to 5.30 pm) and Saturday 7 August 2010 (9.30 am to 12.30 pm). There will also be a preliminary session at the same venue on Thursday 5 August 2010 (2.00 pm to 5.00 pm) with presentations on campaigning in India, Humanism in Belgium and Secularism.
