As agreed at the General Assembly, draft new IHEU Bylaws are now available for IHEU Member Organizations to evaluate.

All comments that reach us before 7 February 2009 will be considered in preparing the final proposal from the EC.

Because of the limited time available at the GA, it is important that Member Organizations consider the Bylaws proposal carefully, and give their feedback now.
